We purchased a TrueBusinessID with EV SSL Certificate from fatcow.com and we are trying to install it on a domain that is hosted with network solutions.  The web hosting is with fat cow but the domain is hosted with network solutions.  So far I'm not seeing how to install the certificate.   Do I need to install it somehow with network solutions?

I believe you would install it with the hosting company, not the domain registrar.
