Powershell Script to Enable EnterpriseVoice

Howdy all,

I have just finished deploying the dialin conferencing piece of my MS Lync 2010 implementation.  I am excited to provide my users with this funtionality that they have been asking for.  The only issue I see is enabling all of them in an efficient manner.  I was hoping to write a brief powershell script to do the heavy lifting for me but I need a little guidance.  The users are already enabled for MS Lync but need to have two things done for each user.
Users Require:
1. EnterpriseVoiceEnabled = True
2. LineURI = tel:+11234567890 This must be unique for each user.

I figured I would start by getting a list of my users to begin with.  I wanted to gather the necessary information and export it to a file for use elsewhere.  The command below will export it to a file but i need it in a more usable format such as CSV.  I tried doing format-table but it cuts off all of the entries.  Any suggestions?

Use 'export-csv' cmdlet to export in csv format instead of >.
Select-object displayname,....,....,.... | export-csv -path c:\userdetails.csv -notypeinformation
