WSUS Folder on C drive

I have folder name WSUS on c drive, can anybody give me idea about this folder, it has occupied 6 gb of server space. i WANT delete it. Is it related to system file which may couse any problem after deleteing

You are probably running the WSUS service on that server. This means the server downloads all updates from Microsoft that could be relevant for any of your clients, and delivers them to your clients. This is its local storage for these updates.

How do i get rid of this folder, Moving, reinstalling in different drive.

i can see that all folder are dated 2011 creation. How can i come to know which application is using it?
