After having read, tested, tried; I have choosen the easiest solution:<br />
<br />
Uninstall completely Office 2011 &amp;&nbsp;reinstall it. Replace the new empty base by mine &amp;&nbsp;miracle it has worked!!<br />
I must say about that link that the members are really experts.<br />

Today Outlook is asking me to rebuil the database because of a problem. I have tried 2 or 3 times with the Microsoft database utility . It doesnot succed I get the message &quot;Impossible to rebuild*** (-18000)&quot;<br />

Hi,

I have Outlook 2011 on a MacBook pro.

Today Outlook is asking me to rebuil the database because of a problem. I have tried 2 or 3 times with the Microsoft database utility . It doesnot succed I get the message "Impossible to rebuild*** (-18000)"
I have tried to make an another identity & copy the database foder from the original "Main identity" use the rebuild utility but without success.
I have recovered my "main identity" from time machine; it ask me to rebuild the index wth the Microsoft database utility but no success, always the same error message!
