can someone please straighten me out . it is my intention to back up my address book with it's contacts, my mail and folders.

I see my outlook , under options ,  has a data file associated with it ( a pst ),

there are two address books associated with it... Mobile and outlook

when I view my contacts, on the left side of them is a panel
it displays:
suggested contacts
contacts
e mails
NCCPAP ( which is an organization I am part of  which seems to have four contacts….).
whay are there more then one set of contacts?

Why is this stuff not all in the same place.

Hi intelogent
Are you working with Outlook standalone or with an exchange server?

If you are on an Exchange server, all of your stuff is stored in an OST, with an optional PST to hold additional information.

If you are using standalone, everything is living in the pst.
