How can I run a program from a Shortcut link on a pc via a terminal server 2012 vm

We have installed programmes on a Terminal Server 2012 VM farm and I want to run a program installed on there from a shortcut on a user's pc

Hi PHOAdmin, as far as I'm aware this can only be done with Microsoft App-V or Citrix Xenapp, it is called Application Streaming.
