Hello experts,

I've just applied the a security license to our Cisco ISR G2 1921. However, after rebooting for the license to take effect I'm no longer able to login with the default username, cisco and password, cisco.

Can someone please explain?

Cheers

those credentials are usually set as one-time use, so if you didnt change it or create a new user account, you may need to enter ROMMON mode and recover
