I have a PMD100B Tablet that the login password has been forgotten and trying to do a hard reset. Everthing has failed so far with holding in power button and  home, I have tried this

but extraction fails.  I and not worried about data just need to figure out hard reset or a password crack.

Hello
You mean that at this step the extraction fails?

Go to your computer's desktop (or wherever you saved the file to) and extract the file "PMID1000B_Firmware_4.0v1_OTA"
