Show documents in sharepoint document library and select one using vba in MS Access

VBA code to list documents in Sharepoint document Library and allow the user to select file. Then copy to local PC.  The documenst will be Excel books.

Microsoft Access 2010 and sharepoint 2010.  I have develope an application that Filecopy a file from sharepoint to MY Documnet folder.  But have not found the code to allow the user browse a share document library and choose a file then copy the chosen file My Document folder.  Than you for your help.
