We have a SP 2010 Standard License. Does anyone have an idea of what it might cost to get Enterprise Licensing for Access Services?

Try MS License Advisory tool
http://mla.microsoft.com/

My advise would be to get in touch with MS. As according to organization they define the license cost. Like if you are educational org, price might be cheaper.
