I have FMS setup on a brand new w7 machine. It runs on port 8134 because 80 is taken by my main web server.
I'm looking into using drupal and the 1st step is to create a database. Well I have sql setup for coldfusion on my main site running on another server in the domain.

There seems to be all these additional steps required to us Drupal.

I just installed wampserver but I dont need the web server or mySQL

What should I do?

aarontomosky- I have been playing with this since your post. Everything seems to indicate i need to use IIS (IIS express) for this feature. I use IIS in my domain for myt main site but Flash Media Server 4.5 comes with apache. Any ideas?
