How can I disable the function save as when I download a video

Hi,


My chairman saw that even with some code javascript
disabling the possibility ti right click the mouse
that is to do save as the confidential video
with some brwser there is the possibility to open
OR SAVE AS.

Is there a way t disable this function when I click on a
video link
