Program does not Open when double clicking on icon or by double clicking on the executable.

When ever I try to start a program nothing happens. I am running software in a Windows XP machine; however, it works fine in a Windows 7 machine. I have removed the software with REVO and then re-installed and still nothing happens when I click on program all my other software work fine. I have also tried the software under compatibility mode and I am currently administrator. Any ideas of what it could be?

Sounds like it's just straight up not compatible.  Have you seen it work on other XP clients?

Try disabling your anti-virus/anti-malware to see if it is blocking it for some reason.
