Hi ,

I have question regarding Facebook. Not sure if I can post such a question so let me know and I will delete it.

I want to create a facebook page for a small business. The problem is what about negative feedback or posts as this is the worry for the owner. If this does happen I cant delete these posts.  Can I delete the facebook page for the business if something like this happens. The idea of having  negative feedback on your own facebook page is just a deal breaker.

That page doesn't say that you can't delete it, just that it recommends that you don't. They suggest that you to deal with the negative comment and not piss off the person who posted it by deleting it.    Also that dealing with the negative comment is a way to impress others with how you can deal with these negative comments.
