Medical Manager and Cisco VPN
Hey Everyone,
We have a very frustrating issue going on, hopefully someone will have the answer.
We have a medical manager server at one location and our remote locations use our cisco ASA to connect via VPN. Every so often people loose connection to the medical manager server ONLY IN THE REMOTE LOCATIONS. We think it has something to do with the VPN because when we revert back to our old slow verizon point to point, there is no dropping. Has anyone had a similar problem?

After further testing we "think" it is the internet line, but the provider says there isnt a problem. Can anyone recommend any kind of software "sniffer" that can detect issues within a network. Such as packet loss or unusual traffic coming from a specific IP address

The Keepalive is 24 hrs. We dont think it has to do with the VPN as a whole since there are other applications that go thru the tunnel (Terminal Services, sharedrive) ect. The VPN doesnt drop, It only medical manager that drops. I have read somewhere that other people have had an issue with medical manager and cisco VPN.
