I need to find all the reports that ran for the day and also all the reports that ran over the weekend into a excel file so that I can analyse the information and do some projections. How do we find this information in Business Objects Administration (CMC ?). Any help on the above matter is appreciated. Thanks.

DO you have auditing turned on?
If so the iniformation is captured and  you can build reports against the audit database to provide that information

There is an Audit universe available or you can build your own.
