NEED A PRODUCT - CANNOT LOCATE ONE. 1 IN 4 OUT TOSLINK SIMULTANEOUSLY

I need an active / powered toslink unit that has one input and either 3 or 4 simultaneous operating outputs. Does anyone know of anything like this that is available? Also could use a one input ( toslink ) with a combination of spdif and toslink simultaneously operating outputs. Ideas?

best I could find was 1 in 2 out - maybe you could string a couple of them together to get the results you desire
