I need to be able to look at units per person per day, units per person per hour etc

Any Ideas?

Graphs would be nice and the ability to record data daily and filter by department and person if needed.
Thank you

I suggest looking at X KPI, published at SourceForge:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/xkpi/

It takes a spreadsheet approach to KPI, which has the advantage of leveraging all of the power of Excel. You may be able to do what you need with the Free version, but if not, the Full version is reasonably priced. Here's a comparison matrix:

Another idea is BSPG, a complete Balanced Scorecard program, which is free, open source software published at SourceForge under the GNU General Public License version 2.0 (GPLv2):

Both of the SourceForge pages have downloads right there, as well as links to the products' websites. Regards, Joe
