What do you exactly mean they arent Syncing properly and how did you know that ?
How many DC servers do you have in your environment ?
Dingle domain or multiple domain environment ?

1 Dc server and its single domain. if we reset the password any user password in DC its taking 3-4 hrs to update in exchange. even we performed gpupdate /force 4-5 times then also its not syncing. this issue we are facing from past 3-4 days.

few days back AD users got deleted automatically. then we restored all AD user by using ADrestore. and reconnected their mailboxes successfully. after that only we are facing this issue

We ran the EXBPA, but there was no such error as DC not removed properly.
