In Outlook on a PC, you can sent up auto archive rules to reduce the size of your mailbox.  I've looked around Google for the same functionality on a Mac, but nothing has worked.

We're running Mac Office 2011.

Thanks

Outlook 2011 DOES NOT have the AutoArchive feature of Outlook for PC .. it cannot create an archive PST and automatically move older emails.

You have a few other options
1. Create a RULE and run it manually periodically (it won't run automatically) as described here
http://oit2.utk.edu/helpdesk/kb/entry/1957/

2. Run a script on a schedule that MOVES email from your inbox folders to another set of folders on your computer
http://blog.7thdomain.com/2012/09/03/auto-archive-script-for-outlook-mac-2011/

3. Use a 3rd party app like EagleFiler (http://c-command.com/eaglefiler/) or Outlook Email Archive X (http://www.softhing.com/oeax.html)
