TMS Configuration in SAP

Dear All,

I have to configure  TMS in SAP.

I have Development and quality on Same windows server with client 200 for Development and 300 for Quality.

For Production, Server is different. Client 300 for Production system.

Anyone help me to configure TMS in SAP.
