I have install Windows Server (WS2012) in Hyper V of Windows 8.  Within the VM, I can connect to the ftp site.  However, I can not connect to the ftp site from the host.

If I turn off the firewall within WS2012, I can connect from host.

Attached is the ftp in-bound screenshot. It is enable.  What did I do wrong?

check your scope settings and make sure you have all the boxes checked also  make sure you have included your hosts IP address/subnet

You may also need to check the hosts firewall as well
