Hi!

I have a project that i want to develope
in visual studio 2010.

The app must work on every mobile device
,pad devices and web.

I must use MS SQL as my database.

App contains of questions (stored in MS SQL)
and answers from users is stored in MS SQL.

Also need functions like webcam streaming
QR-code and RFID

Never made a app in visual studio that works on mobile phones and pad.

Is there examples of how to make this ?

I actually wrote one just using asp.net.  Designed my styles to be 300px - 400px in width and that way any mobile device could use a browser.

If you have telerik they have the KendoUI which is based on Razr or MVC.
