I have a project that i want to develope<br />
in visual studio 2010.<br />

The app must work on every mobile device<br />
,pad devices and web.<br />

I must use MS SQL as my database.<br />
<br />
App contains of questions (stored in MS SQL)<br />
and answers from users is stored in MS SQL.<br />

Also need functions like webcam streaming<br />
QR-code and RFID<br />

Never made a app in visual studio that works on mobile phones and pad.<br />
