In the past few weeks my users are not able to open hyperlinks they receive in e-mails but they can copy the links into the browser and it works fine.
the error is:
"This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator."

It is only affecting the users who have their outlook as a published app so it must be related to the citrix server settings or app settings.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
thank you
Wayne

Sounds like a setting applied by group policy to the Citrix servers.
