In the past few weeks my users are not able to open hyperlinks they receive in e-mails but they can copy the links into the browser and it works fine.<br />
the error is:<br />
&quot;This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator.&quot;<br />

It is only affecting the users who have their outlook as a published app so it must be related to the citrix server settings or app settings.<br />
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.<br />
