Hi Guys,

I have a big problem, I managing this company and they have lots of computers.
and all of them use citrix app to login to another network to work, then every they log in it opens up like a word access interface.

The computer can print locally on the computer(from word, excel or any other program)
But when ever I try to print when citrix is login.i hit print and nothing comes out of the printer,

i even change the printer cable, put it as a network printer and deleted the drivers and reinstalled so many times and still no luck on getting it to print from citrix, i even change version of the citrix app( plugin) still nothing.

so the last thing i tried was, connecting the printer to another workstation, and shared,

then i went back to the computer with the citrix plugin and connected to the shared printer. and  tried to print and it didn't work still.

so i tried more things,
i right click on the print and click on SEE WHATS PRINTING. on the computer where the printer is shared on. i wanted to see of the process is leave the computer with the citrix plugin

so yes it was leaving the computer with the citrix plugin.
when i look at the SEE WHATS PRINTING WINDOWS.

I saw PRINTING, SPOOLING, AND ALL OF A SUDDEN DELETING

THERE IS WHERE IM STUCK.

I DONT KNOW WHAT CAN CAUSE IT TO DELETE AND NOT PRINT

NOTE: IS USE TO PRINT BEFORE AND ALL OF A SUDDEN IT JUST STOPPED (ITS  A NEW WORK STATION )

IF YOU GUYS EVERY HAD ANY PROBLEM LIKE THIS AND GOT IT FIXED LET ME KNOW THANKS

You do realise, all caps is considered shouting?

Versions really help here because there are a multitude of legacy issues with printing in Citrix environments. What version of OS and Citrix? Is it limited to one app or others? Test prints ok or not?

However, as a first test - have you looked to ensure client printer redirection is enabled? How about trying the Citrix Universal Print Driver? Is the native print driver installed on the Citrix servers (read up on that for potential pitfalls)
