save attached files from outlook 2010

Dear all

There is any way to save attached files from outlook 2010 when you receiving email. to local Hard disk . ( Role or Group police or Tools ) to recude the mailbox size.

Thank you for your replay.

I want know one things form you, can I link email and (message ) to removed attached files. so it easy to defined attache for which email (message ) ..
Can  Dispense of Email Archiving by using DetachPipe.
