unable to send an email from a shared mailbox.

Hi Experts,

I have a user mailbox called CompanyResults that is accessed by multiple users.This mailbox is used to send and receive emails for different users in the same exchange organization

One user called Peter when sending from OWA it sends successfully from CompanyResults

And when sending from Outlook, if sends successfully from CompanyResults. so, Peter is sending FROM the mailbox called CompanyResult, not send on behalf of

I granted permissions Send as and Send of behalf to Peter and all other users and all of them are experiencing same issue

Any ideas?

Peter cannot send emails FROM CompanyResults
He can email it no problem.
He has Full Mailbox and Send As permissions yet he gets a bounce back

I have removed access and reapplied access. Recreated profile,

same applies to other users that have full access over the mailbox CompanyResults

Any ideas?

Create a new user Account and check if that works. Sometimes if User Account gets corrupted then this sort of issue occurs.

Any other suggestions rather than creating a new user account

Firstly its not good to have SendAs and Send-On-behalf as they work on same theory of sending emails as someone but with a bit distinction .... Just give some user SendAs removed Send-on-behalf and wait for replication and then try
