Conversation History In Lync 2010 Stopped Working
Of 400+ users this is the only report I have of a user not getting his Conversation History. It is turn on "Save Call logs in my email Converation History Folder" and it was working until a few weeks back. I have repaired his Outlook 2010 build but this did not help. I am considering rebuild his profile, however, not over VPN since his mail box is 2GB+. Any suggestion or Varified Solution are welcomed... Thanks Netadmin1 Dss, Inc.

To fix this problem yourself, do the following:
First Close the Outlook and MOC, then
Click Start, and then click Run.
In the Open box, type regedit, and then press ENTER.
Locate and then right-click the following registry subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWAR
Point to New, and then click DWORD Value.
Type DisableEmailComparisonChec
Double-click DisableEmailComparisonChec
Exit Registry Editor.
and try logging in to MOC and check in your outlook messages are saving.
