What is the easiest way to learn Microsoft Visual Studio?

Hello,  I'm new to Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Version 10.0.40219.1 SP1 Rel

I want to learn how to use it effectively.  How do I go about learning this editor assuming I have no prior knowledge of using editors.
