I have a client that is running exchange 2010 with outlook 2010. He has recurring meetings with attendees. WE recently added a conference room as a resource. When he goes into the meeting to reserver the confernece room it is sending the updates to all the attendees. In previous version you were given the option to send to all or send to newly added. He doesnt want to send the updates to all attendees becuase they dont need to know the locaiton.
