How to change text or row background color in a list at Sharepoint 2010?

I want to change the text color or the row background color to yellow if the Due date is seven days after today's date.
Any idea how can i do that?

We are using Sharepoint Foundation 2010 with Designer.

I try to use Sharepoint Designer 2010 for the conditional formating, but can not find the custom field name "Due Date" from the row field list, as the attached screenshot.
Any idea what i missed for use conditional formaring row on the custom field?
