I want to compare two Finger Print Images and need the results in Percentage. For Example these two images are matching
50 % or 60% or 100% Matching. How to do it in C#.

There are some diffrent ways of image comparison. Which is the best, based on your specific needs. You could refer to the following links about your issue:
