AsyncUpload control is not working in IE7

Hi,

I am using AsyncUpload control in Import file. It is working everything fine in IE8 and IE9 but it is not working in IE7.

When user select a file, it is showing yellow color bubble and not able to upload file. and system hangs.  It is Please find the attached screenshot

I am using as beow:
