Database logon failed Error when generate the Excel File

Dear Friends,

Had generate excel report using crystal report ExportToDisk option. Some systems this function working correctly.  Some systems "Database Logon failed" Error shows.

But we can able to show the preview and we can generate PDF report. We can't generate Excel, Text, Html report, The above error occurred.

Is this a problem exporting from Crystal?

No. This problem not in crystal report. We can preview the report and generate PDF using ExportToDisk option.  But we can't generate Excel, Text, and Html using ExportToDisk option. Database Logon failed error occured.

Did you install the appropriate export dlls?
