Export to excel is not working in SSRS(vs2005) integration with Kronos

Hi all,
      I am working on ssrs(vs2005) integrated with Kronos.In the reports everything else is in working condition except Export to excel option,clicking upon which I am getting this error:"Excel is not supported for this report.Please select another format for viewing the report."
