also - test the printer on anothe pc -it may just be bad <br />
and test if the old one still works too

We did plug it into another PC and it worked fine. I am thinking it is driver corruption but have no way of knowing how to remove the drivers.

So we have one dymo 450 label printer in our office and we ordered another dymo 450. We unplugged the old one from the current pc and put the new dymo printer there. Windows created 2 dymo printers and now will not print. We unplugged the printer, removed all software, rebooted, installed the software and plugged in the printer when it asked. Still not working. <br />

Any ideas on this? I attempted to use their LW Utility to completely remove the driver and it said unsuccessful.
