If you are moving mailboxes and not the actual server then the users will just use the OWA address for the server in the second location. <br />
<br />
If you want to retain the same address then you will have to make DNS changes. <br />

Move OWA to another Site

Exchange is the server side of a collaborative application product that is part of the Microsoft Server infrastructure. Exchange's major features include email, calendaring, contacts and tasks, support for mobile and web-based access to information, and support for data storage.
