Move OWA to another Site
We currently run Exchange 2010 webmail and I wanted to know what steps I should take to point it to another site as a temporary measure.

I moved mailboxes to another geographic location. The current location has web mail setup assuming the mailboxes are ta that site.
Does that help?
Does that help?
Not really.
If you are moving mailboxes and not the actual server then the users will just use the OWA address for the server in the second location.
If you want to retain the same address then you will have to make DNS changes.

Getting closer...
The other site uses the same webmail address.
We are going to have a network outage at the current site and wanted to move critical mailboxes to another location in our organization.
The question is what steps do we need to take to point the webmail address to the new site?
