Hi experts,

I get this error when I try to install Primavera P6 7 Standalone:

PM Database creation Failed. Please contact support.
MM Database creation Failed. Please contact support.

I could install Primavera on the past but now it fails on many computers.
The database is Oracle XE 10g that comes with Primavera.

Please, please, please, help! If you need anything, let me know!

I hope you will forgive me for this, but did you contact Oracle/Primavera support?
 or check there knowledgebase?

Install issues are often well covered by vendors of applications such as Primavera

Thanks for the suggestion. I searched on Oracle's Database and tried to contact the vendor but neither got me results.

Anyways I found the solution: it appears that the problem had something to do with a bad copy of Primavera. I can't say for sure because I tried many times on many computers until I got the solution.

Copy of Primavera seemed corrupted. Other copy solved the problem.
