Time Sync Issue - Causing Data Issues - Time Sensitive App

We are experiencing data issues because we the client VM server 2003 OS Enterprise Edition is out of sync by 4 seconds. Server is in the domain.

Hi,

What type of virtualization are we using? Hyper-V/Vmware ??

Time sync issue between the servers?

Time sync issue between host and the client ?
