Hi Garry,

You need to open your Lync Server control panel --> goto Voice routing, and double click in your currently used dial plan or let's say Global dial plan and under Dial-in conferencing Region type the name of the region. click ok and commit changes

Now go to -->  Conferencing tab in the left Pane and on the right side click on Dial-in Access Number.

Create a new dial in access number and edit it as how you want it to appear and this should work and make sure you choose the region name which you have added already.

hope this helps
