Text Box and Tablix not lining up once deployed to report manager in SSRS 2008

I've designed a report with a text box header that contains an expression, and underneath the text box I've got a table. The width of the two report items are the same and line up perfectly and look perfect on preview in BIDS. Once I've deployed it to the reporting services report manager area and I run it from there they don't line up. Driving me insane. Anyone know why BIDS preview and report manager behave differently in this instance? Makes me distrust BIDS preview really...

Sometimes you have hidden spaces in the report.
some of the things you can do is in textbox properties have the text grow = false.
also you should have a rectangle as the base for all your textboxes.
Much sure you have plenty of room for page margins, etc.
