I have a BCM 400 and have configured multiple hunt groups that I would like to overflow into one general mailbox. Is it possible to set this up?
I was able to get each hunt group to overflow into their own mailbox, but all hunt groups are for handling calls from one customer so we would like one general mailbox dedicated to the customer that all hunt groups point to.

Could you do a CCR tree and add the mailbox function to it

I have to use hunt groups to get the proper call flow that I am being asked to configure. The only way I know of to use a common mailbox between multiple hunt groups is to plug in a physical phone and overflow to that extension. I would like to accomplish this without the use of an additional phone but from what I understand that is my only option.

That was the only thing I could find that worked. I had some work done on my phone system and I ran it by the technician while he was here. He also said an alternate DN with an active set was the only option.
I am exploring options to upgrade to an IP Office system in the future and my understanding is it handles this situation plus many other things better than the BCM system.
