CDR management under Cisco Unified Serviceability is missing

Hi Experts,

I am new to voice world, and recently I have been working on a project which involves Cisco Unity.

I am having a problem that all the sudden CDR management configuration tool under Cisco Unity Serviceability disappeared. I was able to navigate to that tool before.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks for the input.

For some reason, Under server I can only select "unityconnection". All other servers seem disappeared.

And I do not see Cisco CAR Web Service under unityconnection.

Thanks, but I do not have a Callmanager's IP that I can choose from the list.

can you attache a screenshot of the full browser windows when you are logged into the administration interface you are talking about?

You won't get CDR reports from a Unity System. If you have a 3rd party PBX attached to the Unity box, that would be the point where I would check for such feature.
Thanks, but I was able to do this before. I had Callmanager IP listed in the above menu, and once I chose that IP, I had the option for CDR management.
So you have a different issue if your CM IP was listed there before and not now.

Are the servers virtual machines or physical installs?
I appreciate the input again.

These are virtual machines. Cisco support is currently looking into the issue too. I will keep you posted.
Finally had it figured out.

I was looking at the wrong place for the longest time.

CDR management should be under Callmanager Unified Serviceability not Unity Unified Serviceability.
thanks for the effort from other users.

I managed to figure out the problem myself.
