You also have a WMI error
which actually happened first when you look at the time.
WMI error was at 9.45
then look at the  Adobe Premier time>9.49
5 minutes later
errors time sequence
Take a look here regarding the WMI as it could be an access without permissions  problem

I ran the fix it utility from Microsoft (found here: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-US;2545227) to resolve the WMI error.  However, I still get the same error.  Attached are the event log errors and warnings we encounter.

At a guess !!!!!
putting two and two together
which internet explorer is Adobe accessing/using?
You have two versions on your windows 7 x 64?
Please use the 32 bit for compatibility.
You may need to set the 32 bit as default browser.
Worth a shot.

I found the solution.  The window that provides the serial number to generate the unlock key would not appear unless the machine was disconnected from the internet.

The steps to resolve are below:

1.  Have the user disconnect from the network
2.  Render the project again
3.  On the window that appears named "Activating Component" (see attached screen shot named "Activate Component"), click on the button labeled "Copy"
4.  Click on the link next to "Go to this website"
5.  Paste the serial number and then click on the button to generate the unlock key
6.  Enter the unlock key in the "Activating Component" window and click OK

It provides the resolution completely.  This appears to be an issue on only some computers.
