Unable to remove an user from a shared mailbox permissions and users cannot send on behalf or send as from this mailbox

Hi Experts,

I am running into an issue. I suspect a user mailbox that is shared by other users got corrupted.

All the internal users are unable to send on behalf this problematic mailbox and send as. I did check permissions and the users has rights to send as and to send on behalf. In addition to this, i was looking at the full access permissions on this shared mailbox, and for some reason i cannot remove a single users that has full access to the shared mailbox

So, I need to know how to repair a corrupted mailbox using PFDVAdmin or another MS tool,

Should I migrate the mailbox to another DB?

How to deal with corrupted mailboxes on Exchange 2010 SP3?

Please advise

Have you tried removing the permissions from the account through ADUC?

This doesn't sound like a corrupt mailbox at all - more like an AD account issue.
I would start by checking the account has permission inheritance enabled. If not, then enable it.
