Oracle issie on IIS and win 2008 R2

Hello,

i am trying to migrate my applications to a new web server and i am testing a few of my applications that talk to oracle and i get the following error.

That does not look as an Oracle error.

no i think its more of an iis error dealing with the oracle web dll

It doesn't even say "ERROR" anywhere. Do you have a log?

hello i fixed it there weas an issue with the oracle instance
