web host cannot visit

Hosted an apache and ftp on linux, this linux is a virtual box on windows PC.

The windows PC is link to home router. The router has set port forwarding on 21 and 80.

Also set a NO-IP with dynamic domain.

Now can visit the ftp from outside, but cannot visit the web. But on windows PC can visit the web.

Any suggestion, thanks.

Double check the port 80 forwarding to make sure it's pointed to the VM, not the host.  Also make sure the web connection isn't https/443.
