ASP.Net MVC 4 C# -- subheaders ?

I have one project with one
\Views\Home\About.cshtml

How can I get below
#4 and #8 to work ?

Steps
 1. user logs into webpage
 2. list of 10 sites display
 3. user clicks "Site #1"
 4. About.cshtml header says "Site #1"
 5. user clicks "All Sites" LeftSide NAV
 6. list of 10 sites display again
 7. user clicks "Site #2"
 8. About.cshtml header says "Site #2"
 9. user clicks "All Sites" LeftSide NAV
10. etc

How are you passing on the data to the about page? is is a get (using querystring) or a post?

If none of the above is set, how do you want to pass on the information in order to get the "Site #X"? Maybe by using a database with these information?
