SQL Server 2008 - The source database you have selected contains no visible tables or views

I'm trying to use the export wizard to export a table to excel.
But get the following message when I try to Select Source Table and Views.
any ideas

 The source database you have selected contains no visible tables or views

Hi,

Is it possible that you have logged in with a user that has no SELECT permisions in tables and views in this db? Try logging with a dbo.
