No Free/Busy in Scheduling Assistant

I have a user that is using outlook 2007 to create meetings.  If the user uses scheduling assistant to add people, they are able to see if that user is free or busy.  But if the user just types in the user name or email to the "To" section, they can't see the free/busy in scheduling assistant.

I always thought this was normal behaviour. I had seen this problem as well, but it works the same for everybody. Does it work for other users?

TBone2K - There is only one user reporting it but I don't know if it was effecting other users. No one has reported it to me.

I was able to figure out the problem with this user.  The problem was happening with Outlook's auto-complete.  When the user started typing another user they wanted to invite to a meeting, auto-complete would fill in the user's information.  Then when the user went to scheduling assistant they could not see that person's free/busy.  Once I deleted the person's auto-complete information it worked fine.

I was able to figure out the problem myself.
